This type of coating helps prevent ponding water on those stubborn low slope/ flat roofs, provide UV protection to dramatically cut down on heating and cooling bills, withstand fluctuating temperatures, winds, and oxidation. However, this coating can attract dirt which overtime will reduce the UV reflective capacity. The material is extremely slippery when wet so we strongly discourage the use of this coating in high traffic areas.
