Everyday That the installers were done, They cleaned the area around my home from any items that fell from the roof. You couldn’t even tell they were there except that the work on the roof was being done. When I asked them to insure that no vehicle would drop oil on my driveway they said sure and they put plastic under the truck. When they were done the new roof looked GREAT!

Central Basin Roofing was recommended to me by a friend. It had been 20 years since I had a new roof and the ole one had a LOT of damage. I contacted their staff and Brian was there within 48 hours to assess the situation. He took several photographs and submitted them to my Insurance Company who cut me a check for the full amount of the estimate within a week. I went into the shop to pick out my shingles and they explained in detail the difference in quality between their brands. They even showed me photos of roofs they had done in the 3 colors I had chosen and let me take home the samples to see in person how all three looked. It took approximately 4 months from the time I brought the samples home to the time they arrived to re-roof the house. The entire project was done in 2 days and their wasn’t a scrap of material, not even 1 nail left behind when they finished! I could not believe the difference it made in helping to beautify my home – it truly looks like a new house now!!! I would highly recommend this company without any reservation to anyone looking for roof repair or a new look to their existing home!!!

On the day I found a ‘stray’ roof tile where it wasn’t supposed to be, I started searching for a pro who could help with my (hopefully) small problem. A family member recommended Central Basin, so I called. Brian came to the house and assessed the situation; prepared and sent me an estimate; scheduled the work crew, and my problem was fixed! The crew arrived early, was respectful and neat, and finished the repairs. This family-owned business was responsive and competent. I’m grateful my problem was easily taken care of, but I’ll keep Brian’s number in my phone, and recommend them to anyone who asks.

The folks at Central Basin were very responsive and did a great job on our roof. It took quite a while but we have a GIANT roof; they kept at it to completion. The team worked hard, even in the heat and once finished, did a great job cleaning up. We used this company to repair some leaks we had previously and they were quick and efficient. We would highly recommend Central Basin.
