I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Central Basin Roofing, Inc.I found myself in a tough situation when my insurance company did an inspection and said my roof either needed repairs or a full roof replacement. They required a licensed roofing contractor to inspect it and provide documentation of their findings–and I was on a tight deadline.

I chose Central Basin Roofing because they’re a long established, family-owned business in Prescott, and from the very first call, I knew I was in good hands. The lady that answered the phone was incredibly understanding and kind. She took my concerns seriously and made sure I was scheduled right away.

Brian, one of the owners, came out quickly to inspect my roof. I explained my situation and let him know I was really hoping repairs would be enough, as a full replacement wasn’t something I could easily afford. Brian was not only professional, but also very empathetic. After his inspection, he told me the roof had another 2-4 years of life left. I was genuinely relieved and incredibly impressed by his honesty-many companies would have pushed for a full roof replacement right then and there.

Because of Brian’s transparency, I knew immediately that when the time did come to replace my roof, I’d be going to Central Basin. I asked for an estimate on a full roof replacement, just to be prepared.

As I tried to send all the documentation to my insurance company, I ran into problems with my email. I went into their office for help, and once again their team went above and beyond. Ally, who had originally scheduled my inspection, was the one who sent all the emails and paperwork to my insurance company. Not long after I arrived, Brian’s wife, Britt came around the corner and also got involved-she was incredibly warm and compassionate. Both Ally and Britt did everything they could to help me.

Unfortunately, despite the solid condition of my roof, my insurance company required it to be good for at least five more years to approve coverage. I had to sign a roof exclusion, which left me worried about potential damage during monsoon season or in case of fire. After weighing my options, I made the difficult decision to replace the roof so I could be fully insured.

Even though Central Basin had a full schedule, they prioritized my job. The crew was efficient, professional, and respectful of my property. They cleaned up so well every day that you wouldn’t even know they’d been there.

In the end, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. It’s rare to find a company that combines top-quality workmanship with such genuine compassion and customer care. I would highly recommend Central Basin Roofing, to anyone in need of roofing services.

Our 19 year old roof was tired and needed to go. Brian was realistic and accurate as to when the work could get completed. We went into their office to see actual samples of our choices. We’re very happy with our new roof. Crews did a good job in completing the work and getting everything clean up.

Everyday That the installers were done, They cleaned the area around my home from any items that fell from the roof. You couldn’t even tell they were there except that the work on the roof was being done. When I asked them to insure that no vehicle would drop oil on my driveway they said sure and they put plastic under the truck. When they were done the new roof looked GREAT!
